I faced significant issues with the hotel management when I was charged extra for a family room that was supposed to accommodate my brother. The reception staff seemed confused and it took numerous attempts to explain my situation. This miscommunication added unnecessary frustration to my stay, overshadowing what could have been a pleasant experience.

Appreciated the place, had a wonderful stay on vacation. The double room was huge and big size with balcony, wardrobes, for instance. The location was particularly good for exploring this quiet area, very close to inflatable castle, where there were plenty of loungers with mattresses, and the restaurant;)))

The room was perfect and big size had all we needed, it was complete with a double bed and sofa. The location was perfect, in the pubs!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and clean, with unbeatable and favourable location on the shopping street of a town. Really helpful and attentive personnel from restaurant staff to senior management, everything was fantastic. Got tastefully decorated and brand-new a double room with balcony when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. The vibe here was QUIET.

The spacious family room with a sea view was fantastic, and my teens loved the diverse activities offered. The animation team kept our stay exciting with something new every day, and the gym had great classes, keeping us active.

My kids wished the pool had more slides for them to enjoy. Only two were allowed.

Really good entertainment staff

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, a fantastic fitness centre, and helpful staff, I have everything I need for a relaxing stay. I remember how they assisted me with evening plans during my first visit. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay! The multiple swimming pools were a hit, especially for the kids. The food was great, with fresh grilled fish and a fantastic beach bar that made our days relaxing. And shoutout to the beach bar staff for making my son's birthday extra special!

The spa and pool areas were perfect for relaxation after a day of activities. The only downside was the beds were a bit firm for our taste, but overall, we created lovely family memories 😊

The hotel's spacious grounds and beautiful gardens were perfect, awesome for leisurely strolls. The layout is quite accessible for seniors, with easy navigation between the pools, dining areas, and the beach, just fantastic.

More shaded areas near the pool would be beneficial.

The range of activities available kept everyone entertained, and the food at the buffet was generally delicious with plenty of variety.

Just a great fit for a weekend stopover in Side with excellent value for money. The pool areas were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Make sure to grab a sunbed early to avoid the rush.
